The AFN Contingency Office is located at March ARB, CA. Our mission is to support units worldwide with contingency assets for AFN requests. We support units that are authorized support as identified in the current fiscal year President’s Budget Justification for Component Contingency Operations the Overseas Contingency Operation Transfer Fund (OCOTF) guidance, updated annually. These units under OCO can submit a request for service to us, and our technicians will provide technical and logistic support to fulfill the request.
